I found that forum when looking at the posting history of a scamnmer. I then sent an inquiry to the genric IH Admin on Sunday which was quickly picked up by IH Geek [Dave] with no response.

I then sent an inquiry to him directly asking why he had not responded to me and he sent me the following link as his response:

Apparently iHub does not care about the integrity of its person-mark system and knowingly allows it to be openly manipulated with such a public forum.

They probably don't sleep well at night as they are waiting to get up each day and see if someone has given them a person mark.

To make a board about swapping person marks is as sad as it is pathetic. I really don't think that was the intention or the idea behind the creation of the person mark feature.

A board like that should be shut down. At the very least it is manipulating a system that was designed to reflect how many people follow you based on the substance of your posts. To encourage people to join their board under the premise of "if you person mark me, I will person mark you" is ridiculous.
