I mostly bought it to grind wheat into flour. Vita-Mix comes with a grain blade to make flour.

Also I love V-8 tomato juice and hoped to make my own but no luck,

If I nail it I will post it. Still the best blender on the market!

Kind of pricey but worth every penny! Burns a lot of amps though. Not a big deal on the grid but here in the woods I need to be careful.
