Thanks for the article.......Even though the man has made a bunch of recent sizeable buys, I can't put aside the knowledge of his huge selling, from late 2009, and throughout 2010, that mega-outweighs his recent buying spree. I see all that selling, as possibly being the "decline" of the PPS, through that period of time. So, I'm not bashing, or even saying "beware".......I'm sure he probably plans on "holding" for quite a time period, until he possibly has a selloff craze again.......I wish we could predict when that "may" happen, but sometimes it can begin and cause damage, before you can figure out what happened to the PPS.......For the time being though, the waters sure look like "safe sailing"..........JMO.
