Stock ... if you have the patience, I recommend the "priceline" rule.

You look at the sticker price of PGIE today. Sure you could buy stock at the ask. What price would you want to pay? Being reasonable. I said earlier, do not pay more than 0.0025 today.
I would be happy paying 0.0022 or 0.0023

Place that limit order... and wait. You need to be patient. More often than not, you will get filled. It may take a week or two.
