I wouldn't say it is out of hand, but it is a point that should be addressed. If he blogged that he was anticipating August, but was only unsure of the date, then there is no reason not to still believe it is going to be August.

If it is not going to be August I would like to know that. I don't need to no all the specifics as to why the delay, but I believe it is important to manage expectations! He does not need to, and maybe should not, post as much info as he does, but once he does,I believe he should be accountable for the info/expectations that are expressed. I invest based upon the info I am given, and if he knows that Duane Reade is not likely to happen this month then I may need to change my investment strategy. Until he informs us otherwise, there is no reason to believe that Duane Reade is still not on track.

IF IT WAS NOT,THEN ERIC SHOULD HAVE UPDATES US ALREADY.SO WE ASSUME IS A GO FOR AUGUST.NOW IF AUGUST GOES WITH NO UPDATE,AND HE COMES IN THE MIDDLE OF SEPT,AND SAYS SOMETHING LOL,WILL BE VERY BAD WAY AND MISLEADING TO INVESTORS.

ANSWER It’s looking good for August. The exact day of the month is not known yet, and I would be safer not to speculate with a calendar day.
