I disagree... penny stocks don't drift up. They will rise with promotion or good news but absent promotion or positive news, they always drift lower until they reach their base, which in this case would be around $.02.
The unique problem here is that all the news that has caused the runs has been about Sunlogics and not SLMU and, the more the market sees the disconnect between the two, as a reality, the less there will be a positive impact on the stock.
For example... They got $7.5 million cash... SLMU got none of it. They built 3 green zones, SLMU only has the prototype to this point and it's not at a 10% return or anything close to that. And don't forget, SLMU hasn't announced a funding scheme let alone raised the capital. The funding scheme, if it's equity based will reveal significant dilution and if it's revenue based will seriously erode the return on investment. Either way, it's a loser. No... absent positive news, this stock will definitely drift lower. You'll see.
