And a PR up front with the exact dollar amount for the Berlin pay out would show intent to follow up with a 10Q. They can not hide behind an NDA. That information must go into a 10Q - at least for a Q3 10Q.
BTW - are the company's financials that complicated, that it will take months for their new accounting firm to create a 10Q to file? By definition NYSE, NAS companies must submit every 3 months. How many months ago prior to suspension did they supposively start working on uplisting?
How long should they be given to submit a 10Q? For example if Q3 is still MIA in October, would that be ok? November?
