Not saying he is responsible for company reports. However, he posted about early fins on multiple occasions. He should not be posting about things over which he has no control and about which he is merely posting his opinion without caveating it.
Teffy is a very experienced and well respected poster on a number of boards. Seems he concluded the same thing I did about early fins ... based on Leucro's earlier posts.
