Given what we know, a holding company seems to make the most sense. Just too many different things going on. The devil is going to be in the details here. It sounds like this might be bigger than most of us initially thought, it all depends on the structure of how they are doing this! :)
Well I think you may be on to something. The fact that the new GFM E Holdings LLC was formed in late May 2010 and all the 8K releases were a week later is interesting. Just trying to throw anything that appears to connect into the hat. It may mean nothing. We will see.
