So jeff who resigned from the board has a board meeting with himself? does that make sense after he pr'd he stepped down from the board, heck even testified in a depo as i recall

looks like many things were done wrong according to the rescinded agreement. Yes, this should have been caught earlier . Some how I think Joe C is involved in this mess.
I support Jeff and Thank him for doing the right thing.

why is this stickied and not the competing resolution wherein a board meeting was held by someone who actually owned shares and the majority and with the board of directors held a meeting and removed a non-board member from his position
