I don't know if they were or they were not -but nothing has gone right since the announcement of the merger -no financials, no name change - no more CCs -no nothing but shares being sold into the quite --and I do not care who has shares or why or if they sell them but other than the selling nothing has happened in months-
I'm thinking heavily about your post on the N board and have some ideas about it. The NDA only mentions affiliates and employees or customers...which one is MS?
