I can't really talk about the BRZL deal. Regarding being a CEO, I am not aware I am CEO of any company. I am managing member of Renfro Energy, LLC. I am also a managing member of a couple of other companies that have no assets or activity. You will see in BRZL's filings and press releases, I was going to become CEO; but only in the event I sell Renfro Energy, LLC to them. Since the sale has not happened as of this date, I am not CEO.

If there are any other websites which say I am the CEO, I did not put it there and it is not true.

Nevertheless, just to keep the record straight, back in 2006 a long time friend asked me to be CEO of his small oil company, Omni and Gas, Inc. I agreed and served in that capacity from 2006 until 2008. The company's name was later changed to American Gold Resources. I haven't had anything to do with that company since 2008.

I hope this clears up any confusion.
