I don't really look at that page. So any information attributable to anyone reportedly Director B or Director C has no meaning to me. I think the question was whether Acacia had done their DD anyway. But I refer anyone to the 2007 case if they want to see what I was talking about. Not that it really matters. Whether it was the 2007 case or Turini, it doesn't answer the question about Acacia doing their DD, which Cougar was talking about. So let's not stir it up again and keep pitting these two people against each other on the board.
Not True. Turrini was the person who fully negotiated the deal with Acacia, even getting them to give $5,000,000.00 up front, a few more millions than they would have liked to give.
