NEW YORK--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--BRAZOS INTERNATIONAL EXPLORATION, INC. (OTCBB: BRZL), announced today that it has ended all agreements with Renfro Energy LLC effective August 19, 2011, and that the company will not move forward with the acquisition of Renfro Energy, LLC.

Effective August 16, 2011 James R. Renfro has resigned as a director of Brazos International Exploration Inc. and the company has agreed to end the services agreement that both parties entered into on May 28, 2010. Mr. Renfro and Renfro Holdings Inc have both agreed to transfer all 480,000,000 shares of the company's stock received through the services agreement back to the corporation.

I'm not sure why you have such devotion to Renfro. I believe that you've talked to him, but you have only heard his side of the story. In the past month I've done a ton of research into his assets (with the help of others), and my conclusion is that he doesn't truly have the oil leases that are being claimed. Even the Cameron Parish lease seems to be in question. He may be working it, but I believe that his share of revenue would have been so small that he would have never reached the lofty goals that were set.

So you say that Sam was the hang up. Renfro needed funding to get his wells operation, and it was probably Weiss's responsibility to come up with the funding. So why didn't it happen? Perhaps Weiss looked at what his fundraising would be buying and determined that it wasn't worth it. Remember that audit that we were waiting for? What if that audit said that Renfro's assets weren't worth the asking price?

My opinion is that Weiss didn't act for a reason. I can only guess what that reason is, but I suspect he made the right choice.
