I agree. It could have been some mega buyer, at .0001.......It could also be some "crappy" selling.
Just sayin.....As I said back on post #11629, it's possible......And I thought in most recent news, didn't they say they paid out some more shares(?), to PTH, for the "finalization of the deal"?
"Under the terms of a share exchange agreement to affect the acquisition announced today, ProTek acquired 100% of the shares of the Texas company in exchange for 10,000 newly issued shares of ProTek Series B Preferred Stock with 51% voting rights."
I guess I'm taking it for granted, that the closing of the deal, involved "pref" shares, and that the pref shares "could" be converted right away.......Heck, these type things only become apparent, at a much later date usually, evidenced in a 10Q or 8K down the road. I do remember PTH did get a lump of .00005 shares, months ago........It would all be lovely, if these "given away" type shares, remained in the "clients" hands, for a long time, or that the clients openly state when they are going to dump a load. But we know that's not true. Sometimes there can even be a "restriction" period, for the giveaway shares, but usually that is stated in the news somewhere........I don't even know what the pref "B" shares conversion "rate" is, and how soon it is applicable........
