I think if they'd wanted you to know who was financing it, they would have told you that already... and, since they haven't said who HKHE "is"... it makes far more sense to think that they'll structure things through intermediaries right up until the time that... they don't...
The pattern isn't unfamiliar... either here, (seeing the patterns in acquisitions that have occurred here) or in terms of other deals that you see happening through intermediary arrangements (even like the recently mentioned BICS deal) that tend to stay "intermediary" right up until they "take the wraps off" of some plan that is cooking. See that pattern really often in deals the Chinese are doing, but, of course, it isn't just the Chinese who try to sustain a degree or two of separation between what they're doing and public awareness of what they're trying to do.
