I am with you Bruno...thinking the SEC has to be looking at this cause the exchange is in our country not Canada-pretty sad if it takes a Canadian government to go after companies here in our country. I wonder if they will because they have had so much time now and have not done anything. I see that the cease trade order against everyone has been put in place until there is a decision so not the six month ones like before. I hope they nail these guys to a wall.

Thanks bruno, similar story with me. I was suckered in by Skymark from an add posted on the Scottrade web site, I am still disapointed in Scottrade allowing an operation like this to advertise but hey, we all big boys and make our own decisions. With me, it was S.T. from Skymark making the pumping calls who was also specifically mentioned in the ASC order. I just hope these guys are fried big time to get some satisifaction for the money lost. Please let us know if you ever get that class action going.

Bruno, if we get some kind of class action going on this, I would like to see Skymark included. That is who I was getting the pumping action from and I believe others were victims of them also. I suppose if we could only go after one party, PBEC management would satisfy everyone.
