Fasctrack - Interesting analysis. Hope TR and Net-man and others might toss in their thoughts on your post. Also RJ. FASC's history is that of wise licensing and joint venture agreements that make growth potential possibly exponential. We are now in unchartered territory--and my gifts are better at responding to sharper minds than mine as far as how expansion will take place.

One thing is for sure. FASC is going to be in the situation of needing multiple sale productivity down the pike soon--no matter who in funding and paying for it. Would you agree? Waitedg

Fasctrack.....as I see it, any possibility of a QL buyout of FASC might take the form of a combination of cash and stock.

Another possibility might be a QL buyout of just FASC-Malaysia.

Just speculation at this time....but it fits the pattern of QL's buyout MO in the past, whereby they purchase business customers/related businesses.
