Looks like the stalking horse bidder was also the winning bidder.

I would imagine from the PR that the auction has ended.

One would wonder how long was the stalking horse bid put on the table, and how many other bidders may have been involved in this auction.

One would also wonder if there is a provision for breakup from the s-h bidder, and at what cost.
