Onyx missiles will fly before Bush gets control of the naval bases and Ukraine East of Kiev. Letting the western part of Ukraine go to the EU might be something Moscow would be willing to do but I think that Budapest, Vienna, Paris and London would scream bloody murder about the wave of Ukie immigrants that would create. Ukranian mafia already controls Eastern Slovakia in many ways. EU has fucked Eastern Europe good and hard already. I doubt any of these countries would vote to let the poorest part of Ukraine into EU. There is a line from Kiev to either Odessa or perhaps the Crimea that is the line in the sand. Bush wants any more than that the U.S military will have to pick on someone its own size for a change.
