It is very simple how I can make this statement.
Tell me, did someone inform you of where this special meeting is taking place?
When it is taking place?
What topics for certain will be voted on or discussed?
I know we will be voting on, if we want to trade part of the company for financing with some unknown company, with an unknown balance sheet in most likely an unknown place. your really comfortable with that?
Is DR still involved?
What's going to happen with shining tree? A spin out, ok @ 35:1 great news.
Tell me about this. When will this take place?
Will Scott lead the way? Will he put another in charge?
What exchange will it be on?
Will there be a dual listing?
Oh you can't, we don't really know anything.
Someone stumbled upon the NI report, wouldn't that have been nice to been let in on? The transfer of the Nemegosenda property it would have been nice to know that the assets my dollars have financed were being transferred to some other name.

I have no problem issuing a statement like that, I have 20 fold the questions that I do answers. So with that I am very comfortable with my statement. An individuals sentiment isn't right or wrong. It is an opinion. If these questions are not clearly addressed by years end I will move along. I am not asking anyone else to follow my intuition.
If anyone can answer any of my questions and back it up with some sort of company documentation I would be more than pleased to see it. I have more than enough shares and don't need more buying opportunities, I have been buying for many years. I have had enough with the gift of cheap shares thing, I am ready for my investment to appreciate if it does not I have a nice profit and will move my many shares to cash or find another place to park it. Your faith is apparently stronger than mine. I need some verification and explanation. I don't find Scott's silence as confidence anymore, it feels more like neglect. You can all pounce on me like you did Browndawg, but I am ready to hear something real, solid, something that is now and not a future event. IMO Have at it folks, I can see the post going up already.

Yep. Agree with you. I think the circular and meeting will spell out the details. I have to say that I continue to be amazed by the impatience and lack of interest generated by this latest pr. Impatient why? I can't imagine the shareholder vote is needed just to approve a small option agreement such as this. There has to be more to the story that we will find out in the circular and meeting. And I don't know what it would take for all to not be so worried that Scott wants to screw the shareholders. Think it through folks. He wants to screw you over, yet he wants you to vote on whether you will let him? And he has the audacity to want to tell you at a shareholder meeting how much he hates the shareholders? Come on. Just a little too paranoid if that's your view. The meeting and circular will plot the clear path forward for both properties. How can you be that impatient to wait not even a month to get your circular in the mail? I'm struck by the lack of patience and desire for instant gratification.
