I think for a TRO/PI to be granted the judge has to be pretty damn convinced that there is clear infringement. And my view is that even if there is ultimately found to be infringement (which is certainly possible) it's not going to be a crystal clear case because of lots of complicating factors (foreign design of drug, etc.).
Add to that no possible showing of irreparable harm, and I'm firmly in the "close to zero chance" camp.
