lol, it's probably by company response time! It's funny cause Chuck who's our only contact didn't know about the pdf until someone on the board...I forgot his name...told Chuck.
There has to be some sort of papers Pro has to fill out or provide. I would think the DTC would be working with the companies on the list...it seems logical. If it's response time...I hope Pro is doing whatever work is necessary, IF there is any work necessary on their part.
