The way the current deal is written, insiders and majority shareholders will benefit the most for the deal to proceed and see the dividends distributed and/or converted to CASH. Ron is the single largest common shareholder. He has the most to gain from everything playing out as filed in the 8-K's by the Management of FFGO.
