I'm still in the camp that says that Teva will get approval (this year or next) and it would seem that that's the market's view as well. But if I (and the market) are mistaken, then MNTA is a screaming buy, and even if the market is correct, there is starting to be substantial downside protection here from the cash and higher royalty rate.

I would argue that there is substantial upside for MNTA from mC approval alone, irrespective of what ever happens or does not happen with respect to tL. On that point, I'm still in Dew's camp that tL won't be approved any time soon, if ever. You can make a similar argument IMHO regarding MNTA inking a large FoB deal. This is why MNTA is one of my largest holdings.
