Designate trade for trade as indicated by DTCC, that is why we have this trade daily.
Except today with volume of 0. What is this mean ?

Naturalborn, Read the recent PR's as they have all of the information we currently know. The rest is alot of speculation.

Eventually the DTC will be satisfied they are not holding any "phantom" shares created by shorters, and we expect the DTC order will be lifted when they are convinced an orderly market will resume and investors will be protected, but only after further actions and publications are soon taken by the Justice Department and the SEC regarding the disposition of charges against our former CEO.

Roth has mentioned naked shares, if this is the reason the lock is in effect, it will be solved soon as there is a complete halt in trading at the moment it seems.

Roth had also mentioned that we may see resumed trading and an orderly market only after the case for our former CEO ,TS. This court date is due on this coming wednesday. 08/23/2011.

So, that is the key information we know. Anyone who has developed a time frame is just speculating.

I personally think within a month we wll have resumed trading.
