Not knowing can be frustrating, but hearing the same thing day in and day out also... Its really quite simple, if you think they are diluting like crazy why don't you (& everybody who thinks that) sell and move on. It must be haunting to think that every second of the day and still be holding... that just doesn't make sense...
If I don't like to watch a certain movie I won't stay 'til the end and be crancked up about it...
The possibility exist that shares from the company are being used in combination with debt to purchase assets like Home Creek which they feel will be online and producing oil in the next few weeks and could be the reason share counts arent always readily available.
Companies without huge cash reserves can use shares to aquire profitable assets and targets as well as debt to bring them on board in the intrest of growing the company.
Also the company can use methods like 9 month personal bridge loans without need for announcement to fund operations- payroll etc.. & to fund the growth of the company.
If we see more start to come together like the launch of PRO One and additional assets added and revenues start to come in and further explanation on JV'S they have in place- which is why they scheduled the conference call to explain them and were they are going and to discuss earnings we can see this start to make more sense.
Yep you are right, and if you bought above .0035 say good buy to that becouse this will never get above that again. Dilution, Dilution, Dilution. Soooooooooooooooo Sad.
