I can see where this is going, just wanted to shed some light for you but you are only wishing to state your opinions as facts and back them up with heresay. And a P&D setup involves proving they can get VOLUME, not so important as price pop, because the shares dumped during a P&D are either heavily dicounted or free altogether. This popped on relatively low volume, which would not allow for the "dumping" of "restricted" shares into the open market.
