And, protecting his own interests could as readily mean taking over control of the business, which he is fully capable of doing, and making those changes which would reduce expenditures while increasing cash flow. Long-term not the healthiest action for the business, but, hbis own interests would be covered. And, such actions would actually make the stock look more attractive.
