Perhaps you could explain why you think that the executor of a large estate would act in a manner to induce an immediate major loss to that estate. In this case, the value of the shares which would revert to the estate depends upon the continued ongoing operation and growth of the business. Insufficient return would be realized by liquidation of the business versus providing for continued operation, and therefore retention and growth of the share value.
