Still holding KBH short position. Someone is trying to keep these guys up when everything points to real solwdown in housing. Higher proterty taxes as state budget deficits loom, interest rates creeping higher as inflation rears it ulgy head with so much stimulus form Washington and totla bumer of employed not showing any signs of picking up.
