I appreciate your optimism, Mr. Moderator, but I also appreciate the critique offered by Agribusiness72. I've been following this board silently since the end of last year. My own investment is now down more than 75% and it doesn't make any sense for me to get out now. However, I think it is unlikely Mr. Shenher will be able to pull off his entrepreneurial bid for the big bucks. I commend him for trying. He,too, is an optimist and appears to have put himself almost all in, but any investor at this point needs to realize this is a ONE MAN COMPANY. When you read in the annual report, "Board of Directors," read Michael Shenher, ONLY--He wears ALL THE HATS and while he admits that he is not a trained financial person, he is now CFO, Secretary and Treasurer. He admits that there is no independent audit. The report, and the audit, are his. I commend the thoroughness of the risks his annual report outlines. Yes, any number of creditors could shut down the business today, but why would they? There aren't sufficient assets to gain by putting this business in liquidation. But, you're right, Mr. Shenher has done an enormous amount of legwork, is showing greater income and the potential from joint ventures. Can he sustain his effort in the face of Mr. Turner's resignation, the debts in arrears, the increasing deficit, his own personal losses and the lawsuits on the table? Hopefully, but if Mr. Shenher is unable to convince investor/lenders to pony up more capital, the handwriting is on the wall. He's done, and so are his creditors and the remaining investors. Once CPOW goes belly up, Mr. Shenher still has the plant facility and is personally indemnified against most losses. After bankruptcy, he would most likely will get swallowed up by mega-agribusiness and put his skills to work for the likes of Cargill, etc. But, this is his shot. I hope he makes good. I got in on the pump and have learned a costly lesson about OTC penny stocks and will now ride it out with our solitary Director/CEO.

lol all you want. . .

Mr. Roch, I have appreciated reading your positive posts since I also bought into the hype back in December 2010, and I too waited upon better and better news, but I have grown tired, of what I now believe to be a pack of lies. Let's not forget that Mike used to be an insurance salesman.

I can only look forward to a tax loss on my poor trade today. At least the dismal results of this long term buy won't show up on my profile anymore. I will soon forget this holding I hope.

That said, I do wish you all the best going forward.
