The easy answer is, there will be no filings made so it will never come off the grey's and will one day be deregistered.
ZLUS clearly does not own the valued property so heavily touted here. The company and company news all but dried up once the SEC suspended the stock. There became no market to trade stock so the people running this scam moved on.
