I'm not sure how I would answer your question as I don't work for the company and I can only speculate and advance my own theories.
If I were to venture a guess, I would presume that the buyout may have sidelined their effort to go "full disclosure" as the need was no longer there, if the company were to be purchased.
Up to the 12th of August, HNSS was still tallying the shares to find out if the 51% had been breached. That was only 4 days ago.
Now, I don't know how you work but it takes quite a bit of time and financial commitment to consolidate financials in order to file for current status. That may be the reason for the delay. I simply don't know but, I'm assuming that it was delayed and still forthcoming since the company hasn't said otherwise.
At least, that's what I choose to believe.
