imo and to me, it means that MCET's request to keep certain information confidential was considered credible by Securities and Exchange Commision (SEC), and hence was honored.
MCET's request reasons to me are not important, however what I do see as important is that the SEC supported them, thereby establishing MCET's credibilty.If the SEC had rejected the request as baseless or for any other reason, it would be of serious concern to me. imo
