There is not a reverse split happening. Shining Tree is going through a spin-out, and the niobium property is going through a share swap....pending shareholder vote.

$5 seems a bit low for a Niostar Ipo as it would amount to 50 million market cap depending on the % owned by the HKHE financiers. I would hope we see more like 3x that or higher marketcap.
