Thanks. Now it looks like they are saying the spin off will be in the next 3 months, but that seems unlikely to me due to filing dates and waiting periods.
As far as the hardware side being steamrolled, yeah I think that is nearly the whole problem. the franchise should be worth at least twice what it is selling for now, imo, but if there is no growth, it will just whither.
