Primarily due to the issues with Brian (and miscommunication between Brian and WL) I do not believe in this anymore. I would like to think the land deals and other aspects are in fact true.
In my mind there is acceptable dilution (if it is to purchase more land) but it should have been openly discussed. There have been several comments from WL and Brian in terms of NO DILUTION! It is documented, dated, etc from many people.
I hope at some point my faith can be restored in MMTE but it's just not there right now.
