We should all vote for what's best for the health of the company and I feel that merging SDVI into GRAFF will require an RS of sorts. Clearly that's not a good option right now. Maybe sometime down the road...somewhere far down the road.
Best bet is to reverse the converted shares back to SDVI an get the real financials shown to the public so everyone can see the value in this company. GRAFF holders are pissed because they can't sell. Why not go the route that will show the most value right away.
SDVI RS into GRAFFF will only lower the value of the final company.
