It seems that way... however the convoluted way it occurred rules out premeditation on managments part IMO. I'd think that they would be drafting the terms of the shareholder vote presently. Its logical to think that the main concerns of the board might have a little pull in how the vote is designed.
Never happen as it is already too late................. Once it's late it can never be on time, even if it meets some future set date on time. It's never going to be on time. Never!
And as for imagined hypothetical votes and unconfirmed percentages of earnings for SDVI, I so have a hat for you. GL
