agree 100% on chart before news yes very much .002's coming to play but once news of developing/acquiring media ad technology(if becomes reality)hits the wire then ICTY pps will blow 50am-200am through to new territory.look at NEOM.ob poped from .012 to .22
as an example.ICTY upcoming couple pr's will be very important.
