JonE-Hopefully. Collier County Sheriff dept. fiscal year ends Sept. 30, according to my notes. 45 days.

So Cmdr. Lewis order for plates has to be DELIVERED /INVOICED by then or the order disappears.

BORK is cutting it close.

BORK could use the income and reputation building.

My extra concern - How many demos earlier this year, or last week, resulted in test orders that are dependent upon NIJ cert for P.O.'s?

BORK will need mfg. up and running to meet those new orders.

I HOPE the delay was not self-inflicted because no one did the due diligence on submittals and went rogue.

NIJ in 2012 ? I HOPE not. I HOPE August / Sept. 2011.
