Bix: you have managed to literally "wear out your welcome" in record time! For a self-proclaimed novice as of January, you have quickly morphed into a self-proclaimed expert on a stock you don't even own (or do you?). How many shares do you own? And if you don't, why bother with all this?

Don't tell me... I think I know the answer.

Wishing you well... somewhere far away.

OH my a newbie trying to learn the market. Couple of things for this newbie to look at and I do not have the time to tutor or show him where what is in the filings since I am not a Cliff Note. But this newest so call spin I had once before when a newbie wannabe stock broker showed up on a stock. Sort of like when a intern studies diseases and symptoms they suddenly have the symptoms.

Anyway, falling EVA and rising MVA will not be tolerated indefinitely by the market especially with its new motto “Earn or Burn” and “Go & Grow” for 2001. So apparently in your newest of evaluating and analyzing you are not very familiar with the lesson you are attempting to convey. Select application is not very wise to establish yourself as a some expert since you got nailed EMED because of your verbatum book print vs reality and you got a lesson that you did not have a clue.

Now when an investment earns more than cost of capital, economic value is added. Investors reward companies provided it is not in a correction like we are now with money setting on the side. So lets say if a revenue generating acquisition is done for all stock and it is non dilutive then I fail to understand how you can spin that into a EVA/MVA sceanario of negativity. Seems that is exactly what the market wants to see but somehow in your conveyance of logic you have it backwards.

Oh well I got things to do other than tutor a newbie. Lot of the big stocks are hitting Annual Lows again today and some setting new lows.

Got to go ... have fun.
