If the product has been submitted and we are at the mercy of NIJ what would adding staff to the NIJ team of the company do? Why would more staff and returning to Arizona speed things up?

Those statements struck me as odd considering where in the process we are reported to be, but to me unless you believe they are lying about working towards NIJ, the acceptance timing doesn't matter much. This company is so far away from manufacturing a product efficiently a little extra time will be helpful. Nothing worse than a hyped build up to NIJ and orders and then the sit and wait while they try to fill em.

So you discuss a "range" but then don't even tell us what the "range" is. NIJ is not a company either.
