I agree, LTUS is defintitely an interesting wildcard pick for the coming year IF the China OTCBB stocks come back into favor ... but that's a big "IF". It's one of the best known of the bunch and has had fairly decent liquidity in the past.
The facility looks very unfinished in the video posted a year ago. How far along are they now? Is there an impartial contact in china that updates construction progress and other company news and activity on a regular basis?
