Thanks. I first learned pnf from Tom Dorsey at Dorsey Wright and Associates several years ago. However as in any type of analysis it isn't long before one learns that just when you think you know everything that you find you know very little. Experience and years of testing took over then and helped finetune what I use today. GT is likely the only trader on the net that even remotely knows my ins and outs of pnf . If you would like there are some pointers that I could give you after you learn the basic format of the technique.
The $compq is best illustrated in this chart for now I believe but it could change with larger or smaller chart movements. As you can see 2240 is the next buy signal and 2100 is the normal turn back to x's that one would look for in a possible trend change. There also is open air down around 1450-1550 on the downside. Above 2240 also takes out the bearish resistance line dating back to spet 2000 at around compq 4200. Adrop down to test 1450 -1550 would be viewed bearish by most but not me from my current view.
