Canada is mining & exploration friendly,
Newfoundland even better, the Province gives out grants to such business.
That's the reason why VALE is moving billions of $$$ into CANADA & NEWFOUNDLAND.
That's the reason also why CHINA has headquartered their $300-BILLION-GIANT-FUND in TORONTO, ONTARIO.
