One feature I listened for carefully was the part about their end of the financials being gathered in. What they still need are financials from the time prior to Mr. Margiotta taking over the reins. That is the part that worried me from the start. He did say they were "really close" to getting it all straightened out which is encouraging but it ain't over till its over. I'm confident it will be straightened out one way or another but until then I'm not putting my full weight down.
