I agree, motivation shown by the company is definitely low. At the same time, the signals are confusing.

Why keep Eva around to communicate (albeit irregularly) with shareholders? Why file a notice of a late 10k if you never were going to file anyway?

Like I said, I am probably just giving HSYT benefit of the doubt. But the upside here is well worth the risk.
