***CNBC WATCH: Muriel Siebert from Siebert Financial on CNBC had tears coming out of her eye... I'm not sure what the deal is, she is a rather aged woman with bubbles under her eyes but I saw a tear fall from her eye and they look to be glazed in liquid... it's very interesting...
